Our purpose is simple.
Thames Valley Health Innovation and Education Cluster (HIEC) is the mechanism by which good ideas that promote the welfare of patients in the Thames Valley area make their way into working practice as soon as possible.
How do we do this? We look for ideas and approaches that have proven their worth, and promote their adoption more broadly, so we can improve care for as many people as possible, right across our region. We work with NHS Trusts, universities, local authorities, charities and private sector companies who are at the forefront of innovative practice.
